We would like to put your attention that references at this Terms & Conditions to the words “Vitality”, “we”, “our” means legal entity under the name “Medical Diagnostic Center “Profimed” LLC (state registration code 41618006; actual address of activity: Kyiv region, Obukhiv city, Kyivska street, 115a) – the institution which provides services in the sphere of stem cells under the License for conducting business activities of banks of umbilical cord blood, other human tissues and cells according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in accordance with the Order of the Mi“Medical Diagnostic Center “Profimed” LLC (state registration code 41618006);
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the use of the Website and services as offered by “Medical Diagnostic Center “Profimed” LLC (referred to below as “Vitality”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” etc.) by individuals (referred to below as “You”, “Your” etc.).
Website access and the use of its content are subject to the usage stipulations provided hereinafter. The act of accessing and browsing this Website implies that the internet user fully and unreservedly accepts the following stipulations.
