We would like to put your attention that references at this Privacy Policy to the words “Vitality”, “we”, “our” means legal entity under the name “Medical Diagnostic Center “Profimed” LLC (state registration code 41618006; actual address of activity: Kyiv region, Obukhiv city, Kyivska street, 115a) – the institution which provides services in the sphere of stem cells under the License for conducting business activities of banks of umbilical cord blood, other human tissues and cells according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1706  dated September 20, 2018.

Information Automatically Collected and Stored

We don’t associate any of the data we collect with you as an individual.
